Membership Director

We are growing and excited to have this new opportunity available! This position is for someone who has a flexible schedule to be able to jump in and answer emails or assist if something arises. Likes to help others and be a problem solver as well as lead. This candidate isn't afraid to get out in the community and help grow current Teams as well as launch new ones. If you are in sales currently- this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and speak with more people and grow your own network.

 

The  Membership Director is the point person for all membership leads and assists with team after hours and leads new Team Launches. This candidate works with the HQ Director and reports to the Founder. This candidate MUST be able to work on their own and at the same time keep communication with the Founder, HQ Director and Team Leads on important items. 

Currently looking for Kalamazoo/Portage and Holland/Grand Haven areas but are open to others.

Some tasks that would be included are:

Meet with Teams' event committee member and plan ahead for after hours and community events

Works with Assistant Team Leads for core professions needed in the Team

Attend networking events 

Build relationships with area business owners

Host networking events on behalf of the Network

Must have experience in:

Working with people and communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing

Microsoft Office Suite

Worked in a sales or marketing position for at least 2 years

Utilizes business etiquette and understands the importance of it

Organized 

Great at problem solving and thinking on their feet

Ability to jump in and notice that something isn't right and offer their opinion

Has a polished professional image 

Must be able to work independently and are stellar with your time management.

This is a remote or work from home position. However, some travel may be required for Paratus Network launches/events. Travel is in West Michigan as of right now. 

Available for HQ meetings - weekly at first, then going to monthly. 

Available for some Team Meetings and to connect with Members- give client service.

Pay is 100% commission with a potential for bonuses. Independent Contractors or Freelancers are welcome to apply as long as their workload allows for flexibility during business hours. 

Hours are part time, we would like to see 10-12 hours a week worked minimum however we will work together to figure out what goals are best for you and your specific situation.
