We are growing and excited to have this new opportunity available! This position is for someone who has a flexible schedule, to be able to jump in and answer emails or assist if something arises. Likes to help others and be a problem solver as well as lead.
The HQ Director runs the business behind the scenes of HQ and reports to the Founder. This candidate MUST be able to work on their own and at the same time keep communication with the Founder and Team Leads on important items.
Some tasks that would be included are:
Process new member applications
Track members progress as they go through new member orientation
Update app's on the website dashboard - events, groups, store
Send Team Leads and Founder monthly reports
Assist Founder with misc tasks that may arise
Give stellar customer service to members
HQ Director must have experience in:
Worked with people and communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing
Microsoft Office Suite
Worked in a management position for at least 2 years
Utilizes business etiquette and understands the importance of it
Great at problem solving
Ability to jump in when notice that something isn't right and offer their opinion
Take a task and run with it
Would love to have someone with experience in:
Some event planning
Manage an office
Familiar with SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and creating them
Have an understanding of professional networking organizations and best practices
Must be able to work independently and are stellar with your time management.
This is a remote or work from home position. However, some travel may be required for Paratus Network launches/events. Travel is in West Michigan as of right now.
Pay is based on experience. Independent Contractors or Freelancers are welcome to apply as long as their workload allows for flexibility during business hours.
Hours are very part time right now, 10 -15 hours a month, however will be increasing as we grow. Please have this in mind when applying.
